Got the dreaded call over the weekend that the landowner has sold the property we leased for the past 8 years. We have until June 20th to have our stuff off. Man that hurts!!!
So if anyone knows of anything we are looking. There is 3-4 of us and are looking for small acreage and would prefer to have the whole place. Budget is $20,000 or less. Lodging is a plus and we all hunt with our kids and wives so guest is a must. Prefer to stay in south Texas but willing to look at the hill country just would like to stay within about 4 hours of Houston.
