What to do in South Padre in December?

Going for a week with my wife and daughter and her family(prayers appreciated )
Besides the obvious, fishing and drinking beer, I need suggestions on stuff to do. SIL has 2 boys ( 4 and 6). And my daughter is 7. So stuff they can do.

If you're going to Manuel's you'll be waiting a long time. They are permanently closed.
