Membership & Volunteer Coordinator
DSC is seeking a talented and driven individual to join its team as Membership & Volunteer Coordinator. This strategic role will oversee the DSC Membership Program, all Membership initiatives and critical DSC Volunteer relationships and activities. Specifically, this individual will lead all DSC efforts to expand the footprint of DSC Membership and increase Volunteer engagement across all aspects of the organization. The Membership & Volunteer Coordinator will be a prominent advocate of the DSC mission and a highly visible face to DSC Members and Volunteers. Ideal candidates will possess a winning attitude combined with quality leadership and communication abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented work ethic.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related field and experience in conservation and hunting are required. Additionally, minimum of five years’ experience in non-profit operations or management is preferred.

Chapter Development Coordinator
DSC is seeking a driven conservation-minded individual to join its team as Chapter Development Coordinator. This dynamic role will oversee the management and growth of the DSC Chapter system. The successful candidate will define and manage opportunities to strengthen existing chapters, build new chapters, and to promote critical Chapter Leadership relationships across DSC. The Chapter Development Coordinator will be a leading advocate of, and resource to, advancing the DSC mission focused on conservation, education and advocacy. The ideal candidate will combine strong vision, leadership, communication and execution skills, along with a service-first mindset and detail-oriented nature.
