Dollar to Euro Exchange Rate

I’m saving up to hunt in Spain in a couple years and am wondering if I should convert to euros as I save it or just wait until I have it all saved up. Any advice/predictions on whether the value of the euro will climb, drop or stay the same over the next couple years?

With the unrest in Europe (France) and the potential Brexit, I'd keep it in dollars--but that is just this old guy's opinion.

Just returned from Europe, the exchange was favorable, but I would not start collecting Euros. Save the money, convert when you get there.
