    So I need 250's for my 56# bows and 350's for my 66 and 70? I was shooting carbonwood 3000's for 56 and 4000's for my 66 ???????

        I am also shooting the CX Heritage 350s from my 60# recurve and love 'em. They bare shaft tune well for me with just a 125g head on them but I do leave them 31" (draw 28ish).

        You may be able to shoot the same shaft on both bows and just shorten the length (to stiffen the spine) when you're shooting the 70#ers...or by using a heavier tip (to loosen the spine) on the lighter limbs. There's more than one way skin a cat.

          I would say without a doubt, Goldtips 55/75's. I shoot them with my #56 longbow,#57 recurve and I shot them when I had a #71.5 compound. I use 145-170 grains for the tradstuff. I used 100-125 with the compound, that was when I had it. I even use the same arrow combo with a #46 Shakes. that is older than me!
