Looking at killing some time around Flathead Lake in Montana next week. What are some places to stop at and see, or things to do? Right now I’m thinking about renting a jetski to take us over to Wild Horse Island for an afternoon of hiking, but not sure what else to do. We’ve driven around it previously without time to stop, and by my memory I was thinking Lakeside seemed like the best little town to stay in. We will be on the West side heading up there, and coming back down the east side a few days later. Will only have 2 to 2.5 days to kil total.
