Leftover brisket recipes?

    Bell peppers, onions, jalapeno if you can handle them. Saute until almost done. then put slice brisket on top and let the juices drip down until vegetables are tender. Put in tortilla and enjoy. Easy quick good meal.

            One of the best ideas for leftover BBQ came at a cook-off I was in. This one guy's wife took all the extra bits of brisket, ribs, pork butt, chicken, etc... from the cutting board, and would save them for the last morning. She mixed it in with cornbread batter, poured it into a covered skillet and threw it in the coals to cook. I got to say that was a mighty fine breakfast and a great way to start the tear down and clean up day.

              Choooo u can do pulled brisket sammiches, u can do jambalaya, u can do a stew, smother dat down in a dark gravy on dat rice, lil bit mo wine!!

                      Literally anything. I’d shred it and chill it. Use it for quesadillas, tacos, sandwiches. Or just eat it sliced.
