Dead Big Red.....Grim Reaper Micro Hybrid did her dirty..
Forgot to to put my recent video in the video section..
 Took advantage of the cooler DFW area weather and the north wind ....125 grain Grim Reaper micro-hybrid (resharpened time #3) on a 425 grain, "non-adult" toddler arrow. Mathews Traverse set at 60 lbs.....ZIIIIIIP! 70 yards and a red smeared trail in the tall grass....1 down 40-50 more to go... This winter should hopefully yield a bunch of action..... and hopefully the two big boars (one is grunting in the video) catch an arrow or bullet from my buddy's kids. |

LOL...she was actually number 3 on the hit list after those two big boars I mentioned. She likes to show up early at times and it could make it hard to get into my set with her mingling around. She has also busted me a time or two with a bad wind taking her piglets with her.  . She made it easy today for me.. I would have shot a black pig had she not peeled around to the front though with the big boar growling. I just knew they were going to leave any minute..

Thanks fellas! I lost my pigs for a few weeks assuming because everybody is firing up their deer feeders now around me. They showed back up last night.
 Hoping to get them back on a schedule and maybe…. maybe….shoot a black one or three !
