I keep hearing about Kroger this and Kroger that. Every time I go into the one near my house, which is pretty often, I can't find a single good-looking piece of meat. Nolan Ryan ground beef was like $8/lb few weeks ago. ****... Wagyu from HEB across the street is 25% cheaper than that. Point is, I'll keep trying

Last time they had ribs on sale, they were trash. I have decent luck with brisket.

Last t-bones I bought there (were actually porterhouse...huge) were great. And they were on sale at $4.77 lb
