Default Bar B Que Set # 2

Kitchen knives are a large part of my business, I make and sell several different sets and two Bar B Que sets. This one is Set #2 the knifeís profile is so versatile; slices, dices, and chops like dream, the weight and balance is outstanding. Iíve been using this black canvas micarta for the handle, while itís not the most beautiful handle I can put on, I think itís the best. Easy clean up and good grip when carving up a brisket. The fork is also heat treated guaranteed not to bend like most store-bought cheap forks. I donít ever get this excited over knives I make, but Iím stoked over this one. I love mine in the kitchen, Iím going to have to make me a set. The set comes with two other knives, same profile smaller in two-inch increments. This one is 14 Ĺ OAL with a 9Ē blade.
