I’m going to keep the tenderloin and backstrap in meal sized pieces. Think I’ll half and half the rest into sausage and burger.

Going to make a rug from the hide and euro mount the skull.

They definitely have some character to their horns.

        Nice pic by the way.

Have eaten it before and yes it is delicious.

Bulls have a very musky odor. When cleaning keep hide away from the skinned meat. Same principle as a goat.

They are delicious. They have oily fur, just keep the oils off of the clean when cleaning. Tastes great. Congrats!

LOL, man you just never know what you’ll see running around in Texas. That’s pretty darn cool.

I have never tried it BUT when I was in Africa it was the only animal that went to the gut pile.. They said it was not fit to eat.. I also saw on a couple of African hunting shows were they said the same thing..

I thought it was a donkey as well. Then it became a donkey with horns. Pretty cool surprise!!

I also thought it looked like a donkey with horns.

Sure hope it wasn’t a neighbors pet.. you may have a lawsuit on your hands soon.

Yes, not as good as Sable or Eland, but good none the less, Congrats on the kill.

Man, even in the Laredo courthouse that suit would not be meritorious!
