My dad climbed in a feeder pen w a doe that he felt sorry for after a bad shot and didn’t want to shoot her again w the caliber weapon he had when he got to her, climbs in pen and 4-5 swings w the fronts(he thinks��), he was cut up all over his face w knife looking cuts, lucky she quit or prob would not be here today. Needless to say he didn’t feel sorry for her anymore! It could have been tragic thank the lord it wasn’t! That being said I will never forget the moment when I pulled up to pick him up, this was before texts were around so I was clueless he had blood from head to toe sitting on his cooler drinkin beer!!! Still laugh everytime we pass that stand!!
