He’s done a beaver for me that turned out great. I have two axis hides there now, should have them back anytime.

I've had several done there. Can't go wrong. I got a nice free ball cap too. Roberts a great guy. Strange hair style though! Lol.

I’ve had 5 axis hides tanned at NTT, and you can’t beat it for $45/hide!!!! I’ll send my next one there too!

Good work, fair pricing but you must have patience due to the long turn around. Usually hear around 6 months, took 8 for mine, but the pricing and quality make it worth it.

I've not had the chance to use them but some of my family members have used them for several years and when it comes time I will too

For you who "send" hides to them, do you freeze them and overnight them or do you have to salt dry them? I've got a coyote pelt (complete hide from lips to toenails). and an axis hide in my freezer that I'd like to send.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thx.

They have done numerous axis for me and a couple of whitetail hides. Had pillows made from axis and whitetail. They do a great job. Only place I will use for tanning hides. Ship them frozen in a Styrofoam container with dry ice.

I always send on a Monday or Tuesday, normal UPS and it gets there the next day. I do not ship during summer months. Also, if possible, freeze the hides inside the Styrofoam container. If they freeze in an odd shape they may be hard to pack.

Years ago, I had 4 whitetail hides I wanted them to tan. UPS overnight was going to make it cost prohibitive. For grins, I checked UPS ground from Atascocita to Denton. It was much more reasonable and would take...1 day. I froze them in trash bags, put them in boxes and shipped. They boxes hit their doors at 9 am the next day.
