Truck value

Anybody around here deal in used trucks? Just trying to get an idea on my truck, it’s a 2006 GMC Sierra 2500hd with the 6l gas motor and 167k on the odometer, crew cab, 4x4. In fair condition. I’m not ready to sell it but starting to look and the values I see are all over.

Black book average retail is $11,400 trade in is $8165. Just used SLE as it was middle of the road.

Just start at 500000 and slowly work your way down. I guess that’s what everyone else. Lol

Try getting an estimate from carvana or CarMax if you are looking to trade it in.
