After blood work your doctor can tell you where you are deficient and need supplementation. In my opinion - and in the opinion of many researchers - a huge percentage of supplements and vitamins do absolutely nothing other than make you excrete really expensive urine. (Cue comments - “that’s what the pharma-industrial complex wants you to believe!)
