                        Hackberry, firewood for a little heat and BS'ing around a fire but I wouldn't have it very high on the list for grilling with it.

                          Hackberry, I wouldn't use it in my fireplace, unless you didn't have access to anything else.

                            It would be used at the deer lease for a camp fire, NOT cooking . Just curious if it gives off a different sort of smell or what. Maybe I’ll just stick with my oak and mesquite.
