Default Star Wars: Ep IX - Bow related

why in the world does she have a shoot thru riser bow? that maybe the most impractical weapon of war i've seen. i'm sure only .2% of the Star Wars audience will even notice this. but, it jumped out to me straight away.

The "horses" have tusks and you're concerned with the bow? That's where you draw the line?

Because Hollywood doesn't know **** about the great outdoors, hunting, rifles, bows or freedom.

how often does our collective archery knowledge show up in a movie especially like Star Wars?

also, looking closely at the picture, it looks like they took a right hand and a left hand bow and stuck them together.

There were actually a couple compounds made with a shoot thru riser back in the 80's. Shot well, just didn't take off.

if you look at the bottom string angle and the top, she's either torquing the absolute hell out of that string or its not real.

Choices choices... Weapon that shoots 182,000 miles per second or one that shoots 200 feet per second. Tough call.

Hey at least it's not a crossbow like Chewbaccas LOL. You would laugh if you knew the number of times some idiot went to an archery shop and asked to buy a crossbow like "Daryl" uses!

May the Schwartz(Spaceballs) be with her and her Franken-bow. I'm sure Lord Helmet would approve.
