Traditional FSC week 5 of 2021

Simple challenge. Time to get right for TBOT. Longer shots, more "first shots" per day.

9ish inch paper plate at 20 yards. Mine are a little less than 9 but YPSMV. Any position you wish. Penny sized dark dot as close to the middle as you can get.
We're looking for five days shooting. Five arrows per day.
Most arrows on the plate wins. If we have a tie then we'll look at tighter group or closest to center or . . .

Your young ones shoot at 5 yards.
This is about the size of many 8 rings. If you average 8s on a shoot you did well.

    Good luck!

Gary: is it most arrows on the plate in five total days or most arrows for any single day, with up to five days to try?

        Total for 5 days.

If you can only shoot 3 days, shoot more arrows per day. Weather looks like it will cooperate.
        Just sling 20 arrows.

Kinda like Rick's Valentine challenge but, not.

          Day 1: 4 of 5
          New straight fletches...right curve fletch.
The first shot was the best at 1 3/4”. Definitely a stud arrow. Tune has changed. The first shot of the second arrow was a major flyer...I think I had some shelf contact and fletching cut is a but goofy.

Great call, DRT! I’m still out with an injury, no way I’m getting the ol’lady to pull five arrows.

I'm breaking in a new bow. I'll be lucky to hit the target.

Shot about 10 arrows at 12 yards late in the evening yesterday. I haven't quite figured out the best brace height, nock setting or even arrow set up although I think I should be close. That said since I'm going to be working on all that this week I figured if shoot it for this challenge.
I aimed at the top of the plate on the first arrow. Went high. The rest I won't complain about.Click image for larger version

Here are my 5. Only have 4 arrows made up for this bow at the moment.

That'll work. How do you like that target block?

Unfortunately I cannot say that I recommend it. Despite utilizing are the target spots, the center fell apart almost instantly. I did reach out to Delta McKenzie and they just sent me a replacement.

Next target I buy will either be a Blob or Matrix brand

I guess they went down hill. I had one the last 4 years. It's a camp target now but as long as I don't shoot the center it stops even my compound.
Broadheads will tear that type of target to shreds.
