they put thier name, title, 18 other things, some certificates and degrees they have, then some "personal pronouns".

I don't want to reveal this persons identity so i marked a lot out. Not the only one I have seen.

See that a lot here where I work at University of Texas at Arlington. So far, it seems to be somewhat limited to the School of Social Work and the different offices that deal with some of the student groups.
