Blue Bell Cantelope ‘n Cream Ice Cream

Who remembers the Cantelope ‘n Cream flavor they use to make? I’ve been told it was amazing but never tried it myself. I’ve been harassing Blue Bell truck drivers and delivery people for years to bring back the flavor so I could try it and it hasn’t worked so I’m taking my campaign to the next level.

My favorite that they have ever done. In the one summer I remember them having it I bet my wife and I ate 10 gallons of the stuff

I think they used Pecos canteloupes. Not sure if they still grow canteloupes out west.

Never tried that flavor but scoops of homemade vanilla in a half cantaloupe is delicious.

Take vanilla blue bell, half a cantaloupe, and some whole cream and put it in the blender. The only way I will eat cantaloupe.
