I made a meat run to Granbury yesterday @ HEB and Kroger`s and stocked up the freezer for a while. All of the meat was choice. I have already vacuum packed the steaks and have the skirt steak marinating in the fridge for 2 days before I package them for the freezer. I really wanted to hit a brisket sale, but none on sale in my area.

Why would you buy Skirt steak if they cost more than rib eyes. It all looks good.

Because I like skirt steak. There not just for fajita`s anymore, and the ribeye`s are bone-in which make their true cost over 6.00 lb.
