what's everyone's favorite seasoning for steaks?

If it's super fresh and a high grade cut as little seasoning as possible.

I've let a steak sit awhile in olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and rosemary and it was pretty delicious.

2 parts kosher salt

It took me a long time to find that simplicity is underrated. I know it should probably be just salt and pepper after saying that, but I have a hard time cooking and not adding garlic.

All the Uncle Chris's seasoning or whatever popular mix just kills the beef in my opinion, but If I'm eating a cheap cut of steak I'll go that route.

Salt, pepper, garlic and flour. Deep fry till golden brown. Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
