My primary is a 2010 Hoyt Turbo hawk and still shoots great. I kill animals every year with it

I shot a Mathews Legacy for years. I finally retired it and now am shooting a Mathews Creed, my 3rd or 4th season I think. Bow prices have out priced my wallet. The Creed is used

I retired my Hoyt Vectrix after the 2013 season and bought a 2013 Elite Hunter. This will be my sixth season hunting with it. If I can afford it, I may get me a new one before next season though.

            I hunt with a 2009 Elite GT500
My target bow is a 2008 Elite GT500

My buddy is still shooting my old Jennings bow, that I bought back in 1987. Aluminum arrows overdraw, and all. It still kills pigs.

I love my 2011 Bear Carnage. Shoots smooth, fast, and super quiet. I have no reason to buy a new bow. Killed the elk in my avatar with it a couple weeks ago. Still works just fine.

I get a new bow every 5 or 6 seasons. Each time I upgrade, I'm amazed how much the technology has progressed in that amount of time.

                1993 - Hoyt something...
                1997 - Jennings Buckmaster
                2002 - LX
                2009 - Z7
                2016 - Halon 6

2013 Bowtech Insanity. Have a set of 80lb limbs for backup, don't plan to buy a new bow for a good while

I shoot a Matthew's FX from 2001 or sometime around there. Still works great although i realize the new bows would smoke mine.

Just put down my Dad's 1990ish Jennings Barracuda last year. I'm having more success.

I shoot a Mathews DXT, got it in 2010. I’ve considered getting a new bow for a few years now, but I just can’t justify it. My DXT shoots great, I know it and quite literally love the thing. I think it will be a while longer before I will get another, but I will keep this one regardless.

What do you shoot? How old is it? Do you hesitate when considering something new?

I’m curious, I would like to know where you stand.
Still shooting my DXT also. I have thought about getting a new bow as well but i just can't justify it right now because the DXT gets the job done. Shoot 10+ animals a year (Deer, Hogs and Turkey).
