I’ve never understood the allure to young men wearing their britches falling down below their a**. Particularly if you’re a criminal (which many of them seem to be). It’s just not practical when trying to escape at a run.

My wife and son had to pull over to get out of the way when the chase came through Allen. They thought it was just an emergency.
