Awesome!!! I plan to start after the first of the year about 30 minutes from you in San Marcos at the junction by Wimberley (RR12 and 32). Good luck with the build and keep us posted on the progress. Are you using a local builder?

I'm GC'ing the build using local subs. Plan on moving Summer of 19.

Welcome to town! I live just down from you on FM 32 in Whitmire Estates. We looked at lots of properties in Cielo also. Beautiful place!

Thanks, its a great town and already feel like I'm part of the community. Cielo is building out fast, something like 12 new homes have been added this year.
