Default New lease

Iím going to look at a 2000 acre lease in Tom Green county this week. There will be a total of 6 hunters. There is water/electricity for a camper, they allow guests, stands and feeders are already set. Everyone pitches in on the feed...$2800/year. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this lease. Thanks

What part of the county? I hunted Tom Green county for 11 years. Some good hunting. I’m not far from the line now.

Not sure where or which lease it is but Tom Green County is a fun, target rich area to hunt.

Hard to know anything about your lease when we donít know the location or the landowner?

Odd question for anyone to be able to answer. Congrats on your lease though.

I’m being vague on purpose...just really wanted to know if anyone has heard of a lease in the county...it’s been posted for a while. Just wondering why it’s still available...I guess I may find out when I go look at it. West Part of the county.

If you know the land owner's name, or leasing agents name, run a search on it here and see what pops up.

My only question is, why has it been listed for a while. Good leases are not even listed. Good ones are listed by word of mouth.

The old I want info, but don’t want to give any info so y’all don’t steal my potential lease.

Bump for a place somewhere in Tom Green County.

Several TBH’ers hunt out there. It could be a good spot. It could be terrible

we're in Crockett county not too far from you, seems to be the going price out that way. It's a long drive from any big metro so not as many weekend hunters willing to drive that far. Decent hunting though.
