    Watch your step

Playing with my youngest, stepped funky, and heard a pop. Not my first rodeo but it’s on my “good” leg so going to be a rough week.

Prayers for you! I did that one time when I fell 13 feet and broke my ribs. Didn't realize I had sprained my ankle until the painkillers kicked in for my ribs. Took my ribs about 3 weeks to heal, took my ankle about 2 months.

Airrosti might be able to get you up and going if you have a center near you.

One of my church friends works for them but he moved back up north, they know what they’re doing! Just a really bad rolled ankle, at least that’s what I’m treating it as for the next couple days. Thank you and I’ll let him know you suggested them.

R-I-C-E Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation---at least that's what the Army docs always did to this type injury when I hobbled in to the office.

Both look painful, you two take it easy. Prop those feet up and put some ice on swelling, good luck.
