Rise and Shine, It’s Sausage Makin’ Time

It’s that time of the year again when the family gets together to make sausage. My father in law built this awesome sausage haus, but died of cancer before he ever got to use it. 1,000’s of lbs have been made since in his honor. Going to tackle about 700lbs today. Service is pretty sketchy at the in-laws, but I’ll try to update throughout the day.

Thanks guys... my father in law built it right. He was an amazing man taken too soon. He wanted to process on the side when he retired. He had a passion for it. More pics to come. Back to work.

Doing the same, 30 pounds of summer and 30 of link.

I dream of a set up like yours some day. I work from the kitchen these days.
