I think a lot of you estimate the time you spend cleaning a deer to the same accuracy you estimate the weight of the hogs you kill!

To cut through the ribs, pelvis in two areas, and to cut off the legs. If you use a butt out, then you don't need split the pelvis.

Never timed it, I’m pretty slow though because I’m super **** about keeping everything as clean as possible.

10-15 mins to cooler. One of the guides can do it in 5-7 mins with his old case trapper. Crazy.

Curious how long it takes some of you? I timed myself yesterday to clean a buck and it took me 1 hour 15 minutes to skin, gut and quarter in ice chest. I think I am slow but after cutting myself many times I don't rush it anymore especially using a havalon.

Takes me 10 minutes after my processor does it turn key and vacuum packed done deal. Killed and cleaned so many in my life I don’t do unless I have to now. But good post. I watched my neighbor do one the other day and would not eat a piece of that Deer to save my life. Some people are just Nasty.
