Double wide value question

What is the value(ballpark) of a mid 90's double wide... Pretty well updated and in good not great shape

I'm looking for ballparks here... 25k, 50k, 75k+???

More than you think. My wife’s grandmother passed away recently. She had an ‘89 double wide, listed for $10k and it was gone in a day. Probably should have asked for more but didn’t have a clue. It wasn’t in bad shape but it was original to 1989. Lol

Approximately 5 years ago I gave one similar to a young married couple. It cost them $5200.00 to move it approximately 2 miles. I would assume people will take this into consideration when buying one.Fyi

we sold a mid 90's unremodeled doublewide for 15k last year from my grandmother's estate, but my impression was that was a low price.
