Spent a good part of the morning visiting with the former owner (Roy) about the history of the place, where all the utility lines are, maintenance that is required, idiosyncrasies of the place, names and numbers, etc.

Roy and his wife have been here nearly 20 years and are in their 70’s now. He’d had it up FSBO for nearly 3 years. The sale was a blessing for both of us.

Did a little scouting this afternoon with Gracie.
