Cross Country airboating

Chambers County decided to close the only navigable waterway between our camp and the river so we made a new trail.

What we didn’t know till an hour later was that the Sheriff was trying to catch us but got their boat stuck on our trail. [emoji23]

I wish Calhoun county SD & TP&W would enforce trespassing laws!
Airboats can jump the levees on mission bay on to posted private property all day long

A grass rake on the boat makes running a little grass like that nicer.

That’s all we do on airboats in the Glades but have hundreds of thousands of acres to do it in, great fun. Glad , you guys got it done!

No doubt but a rake would be in the way of the Bowfishing lights that are normally on the boat, Oh, and the Sheriff that got stuck following me had a rake [emoji6]

Yeah, a rake won't make a boat run dry better but it will get you up on top of thick grass easier. Looked like some cane grass y'all were running tho.

Sweet! I worked in Florida for nearly a year in 2004. My wife was shocked I didn’t bring one home! More I learn about em I’m probably glad I didn’t though! Woulda been fun while it lasted though!!
