2021 Trad Harvest Thread
Killed a nice hog that didn’t go far but didn’t find it until I shot at a coyote and missed him. When I was looking for that arrow I stumbled upon my hog that died within 50 yards of my blind!

I was *this* close to having a coon for this thread.
Monday I went scouting and got a long poke at one of those jokers. I winged him at 21-22 yards, but he was facing me, and I think the arrow stayed outside the rib cage, cause there wasn't any blood on the back half. He bled decent, but got into a thick blowdown, and that was that. Would have been a dead deer though!Comment

Been stuck in the cabin all day due to rain. Finally eased up just enough to stalk in on a feeder in my stealthiest camo.
He caught some movement when I raised up to shoot at 22yds. Made the mistake of stopping at 35yds to look back at what spooked him.
