There’s also no piles of deer corn or a feeder to hunt over with your bow. You have to feed yourself for 100 days in the East Texas piney woods.

Pretty sure I’ve fished in that pond before. The house is a cool old place too, with an old cemetery just to the south of the house where the road does the turnaround. Some huge bass and really, really big deer on this property.

              I'll take:

              1. Rifle with 12 rounds of ammo. $12
              5. 10’x10’ tarp $10
              6. Fire starter $20
              10. Leatherman multi tool. $5.
              11. Axe. $20
              13. 8 quart pot with lid. $12
              26. Can of chili without beans. $1

The can of chili is probably underrated and could be re-used, and it topped off my $80

I would take that 80 bucks to Walmart. 10 jars of peanut butter, a couple Bic lighters, one of those machetes with a saw on the back. 6 large rat traps. Roll of 12lb line and assorted gold hooks .

                      See ya in spring.

Tyler County is currently in a burn ban. I think it’s gonna be lifted another week. I’m sure there will be plenty of rain to deal with September-December
