If the dealer somehow manages to get out of fixing the frame, it could be fixed. Those holes can be welded up and redrilled. Then install a new pin. Not many places will do that, but really doing so, would probably be a 2 to 3 hour job, once the control arm is removed.

I definitely would put a good bit of effort into getting the dealer to fix the problem. The insurance company should be backing you, on their poor quality repairs. The insurance company should be pressuring the dealer to take care of the problem. Back when I worked for insurance companies, we would be telling the repair shop, they needed to fix whatever they F'ed up.

You might try talking to a lawyer about a diminished value claim, against the dealer.
Do dealerships even have welders these days, or just computers and plastic clip tools? If it can’t be fixed with that, it’s totaled.

you need to go to an offroad shop that does custom mods. Good chance they can fix this

The pins aren't absolutely needed once you tighten the bolt they don't hold anything in place. We have done dozens by putting a punch in the hole to guide the cam during adjustment.

I tried that approach today. They said they won't touch it.
