    Atv Carb question

I’m replacing the carb on my 96 Kawasaki Lakota ATV.
I know the bottom hose is a drain hose, other is the supply from the fuel tank.
What is the colored hose for on the new carb??
I think it’s an overflow hose but I’m not sure

I took mine off 3 times today.....long story. As for yours it looks like a vent or overflow. Did the original carb have that same hose?

I don’t think it had a hose, just the spigot. I didn’t notice any other hoses when I pulled it off. I only had to disconnect the supply hose with needle nose. It’s been quite some time since I last took the carb off. I’m thinking it was just the spigot without any flow hose on the original.

          Thanks,
I don’t see anywhere that a hose was connected to the original carb.

found an old YouTube video and it’s a vent line that just routes up under the fuel tank [emoji1303]
            Thank y’all
