Place to rent in College Station

My son and his roommates are all graduating this month. Their 4 bedroom apartment contract goes through May 2023.

So if anyone knows a family or group of college kids that are looking for a good place to rent let me know. The place is 5 minutes west of College Station off the main highway.

I'm not sure how much rent is but I think it's around $600 per person. And they can help make a deal so they can get out of their contract.

Figure it may be appealing for someone to have a 5 month lease instead of locking into a new 12 month lease.

I'm have not spent time in CS so is this even possible to find renters at this time of the year?
