I recently moved to the League City area south of Houston. Where is your go to for processing?

Stanton’s in Alvin.

They’re a little bit of a drive for you, and not cheap, but they’ve been good to us over the years.

They’re in Manvel actually, and I tried them once. Went back to Stanton’s.

Make sure that they write down Exactly what you want at Stantons! I told them to add beef TALLOW with it and they used Prime Beef instead( it was axis meat). That was a very hefty bill. I kind of jest in that and it was a long time ago lol. I took many a deer over there and they did a great job. Stantons are good people

Lone Star Smokehouse in Manvel if you want the best Boudain you can buy from a processor, but their sausage sucks, in my opinion. I’ll be taking them one deer this year to make the entire order into Boudain, but nothing else.

I’ve used Bay Area Processing in Pasadena a few times for sausage, they’ve always done a good job. http://www.bayareadeerprocessing.com/
I’ve heard Doreks in Santa Fe is good too but I haven’t used them.

I’ve heard good things about Greak's Smoke House too. I’ve got one on ice right now and might give them a shot to try something new.

It’s called lone star smokehouse now. One of the two guys that owned it bought it outright and renamed it. Had a deer processed in October, everything is still the same. The owners daughter actually did a euro mount for me as well, apparently her way through college with it. For $125 she did a **** good job. Much better than the last euro I got for double that price

Bay Area Processing and Greeks Smoke House are both really good. Greeks Smoke House is located in Alvin.

I've been going to beaver/Lonestar in Manvel for the past 6 years. Have never been disappointed. I've had friends drive 50+ miles to get their deer processed all in their boudin.
