Just learned our processor will be down for the upcoming season, so we're scrambling to find somewhere else.
Would prefer to stay within an hour of McKinney, and yes I'm familiar with Cinnamon Creek, what other options are available? Just simple processing, grinding, not interested in any sausage. |
