I have not personally hunted with them but my sister and brother in law have. They seemed to have really enjoyed it, and came back with some animals both times they went.

read the website. Looks like they have a lot of animals, but only 300 acres

Jeff the owner is the nicest guy and treats you like family. 300ac. but Axis are smart so dont expect to shoot one under a feeder. Few really large axis bucks 30"+ so if you are successful its the best bang for your buck at only $750
