oil filter stuck like chuck! help

tried to do the first oil change on my 2011 ezgo golf cart today...oil filter is stuck tightest ive ever seen...couldnt get it to budge at all by hand...it was in too tight of a space to get a wrench on it...drove a screwdriver through it to try and get some leverage...ended up just ripping the body of the filter off...so all that is left is the head of the filter...tried tapping a screwdriver on the holes inside the filter...still wont budge...im at a loss...any advise or recommendation on tools?...there is a metal lip off the block under the filter so you can really get channel locks around the head of the filter or anything like that...

Use a leather belt. Works like a charm for me on my truck.

Stick a screw driver thru it, & then twist off

what about bending the flange (head), grab flange with vice grips and hit vice grip with hammer or hammer and punch ?
