    Boat value question?

For the boat gurus on here:

I’m looking at purchasing a boat right now. What do you think something like this is valued at?

-2017 21ft majek redfish line 160 hours (no soft spots, no cracks, always kept under roof in storage)
    -2017 Yamaha sho vmax 150hp
    -2017 coastline trailer

Boat has power pole, gps mounted, and stereo system.

What do you think should be valued at?

In today's market probably a little north of 50 grand. Crazy ain't it.

      Boat value question?

I would ask right around 50k for it.

From what I have been seeing online, I think the used boat market is starting to slow down some.

Same... We aren't in the market currently but I get bored and look quite a bit. Wakeboard Boats took a hit pretty quick so I'm sure fishing boats aren't too far behind. I don't think it's drastic yet but I'm seeing stuff sit.

Crazy what a boat cost. I remember my dad buying an 18’ bay sport with a 90 Yamaha in 2006 for like 14k, i May be off on price a bit but you get the drift.

It is crazy skins. Since I’ve been looking at a ton of boats lately, even these guys with boats that have 100s of hours and Need 4-5k of work off the bat think they’re sitting on gold mines and are asking crazy amounts of money.

I started with a much lower price point in mind, but after seeing what it would get me, essentially had to double it to get something solid for me and the family.

We live 7 or so miles from the bay and I don’t own one. I love to fish, but just can’t swallow the cost.

NADA guides are a decent starting point, but IME they're almost always 20% high even before the market went nuts... maybe they're spot on now? lol

That Yamaha kicks that price up significantly, makes that boat very desirable. I loved my RFL, it just beat the hell out of me. If it was mine I'd be asking 45 or above depending on condition. Any pictures?

I sold a 2006 xpress in 2014 for 2500 less than I paid for it new and the guy came from Louisiana

Current boats like mine are listing and selling for more than I paid. It's nuts

45k. Agreed that Yammy gets them an extra 5k for that rig. You can’t get your hands on a SHO right now.
