That's awesome! Is it true that that used to be the largest ranch in the country?

OX Ranch was never part of a large place. None of the top 20 largest ranches in Texas history are/were in this area.

The biggest place around here was the YO (which the OX was never part of) and it was never half the size of the King.

It is a different ranch. The one the OP hunted is in Kinney/Uvalde counties.
