Yes, rat snake. He will bite you but it's no worse than sticking your hand in a sticker bush. He's harmless.

Hold on...after further review, I change my answer to Corona snake. Very deadly and can single handily cause pandemic chaos.

That may be a great plains rat snake as opposed to a regular Texas rat snake. Hard to tell apart when are little.
