        I've just used Tony's or Louisiana Cajun Seasoning. Comes out great! Cook em outdoors if you can, though. That smoke doesn't dissipate quickly!

              I mixed 3/4 prudhommes redfish magic with 1/4 old bay. Do the same in my cornmeal for fried fish too.
