Things to do around Canyon Lake in March

I'm taking the family camping at Yogi Bear's in Canyon Lake and need ideas on stuff to do. It'll be in March and we have 2 young kids so nothing that involves getting in the water. They're into rocks and dinosaurs right now. I don't mind driving an hour or so from camp.

    So far we're thinking:
    Natural Bridge Caverns
    Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch
    Snake Farm
    Maybe other caves?
    Heritage Museum for dino footprints
    Stars and Stripes drive-in
    What else?

We have gone there semi regularly. My kids always enjoy McKenna Children's Museum in New Braunfels. Basically a big, interactive play area. We also typically run into San Antonio to the zoo.

Our kids love the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch. We got 1-2 times a year.

Granny D’s restaurant and there’s a great little place across the street from there that has amazing pies, can’t remember the name the place, and they are right by the dam.

i read that there is a trial below the dam that actually has found dinosaur footprints in the old riverbank area. i do not recall exactly where it is in relation to canyon lake or its spillway. but that would be a great walk.
