UTSA, or as they want broadcasters to start calling them ďSan AntonioĒ are playing Middle Tennessee this week who beat Miami last week. Yes, a directional vs. a city affiliate but should be a great game for us non-bluebloods. My son and I had a great time at DKR with his buddies a couple of weeks ago, Iíve been to probably 50 games in that stadium but never repping another school!

Was unaware that the UTSA game was the third largest attendance in DKR history!

After watching the WVU and Va Tech game a few days ago they both looked sloppy and below average to me.

Nelly to perform on the Longhorn City Limits stage this weekend.

Can’t say I know any of his music.

Bummer. Hopefully the football is where the fun/memories are made. I’ve enjoyed the fusion of live music and football in the past.

I am hoping Ewers can go this week, so he can get some snaps in before OU. He only has played 1.25 quarters since his Jr. year of high school, so he needs game reps. I believe the decision will not be made until later in the week and will not come out until pregame.

3 out of the 4 Texas QBs are banged up so trying to find the best combination of skill level and health is what they are dealing with.

The good news is Worthy is supposed to be ready to go. I am not sure about Ojomo (DL) but need to get him back as well after he missed the Tech game.

Maybe a bad joke, but its a reality in Aggyland, hard for them to get across the goalline. 11 TD's in total this year through 4 games, 1 was by D, and 1 was special teams. Aggy ranked 107th in total offense. Yeah they needs some help getting TD's.

I figured as much on Ewers, Sark likes to keep that info to himself until game time

Good to hear about Worthy. He and Bijan have had kinda slow starts to their seasons

I like Nelly! But I am also pretty sure Aggies would get crucified on this board if we needed to provide game day music entertainment to get people excited to show up for a game. Yall know i am right. Iíll hang up and listen.

You think that's to get them to show up to the game? There must be a thread over on TexAgs for you to bring that here. How very TexAggy narrative of you POD.

Last I checked the live entertainment outside the stadium doesn't get you a ticket into or guarantee entrance into the game.

Does ...it add a step up to the pre-game experience? yes. Pretty sure you can tailgate and see/listen to Nelly without a DKR ticket. Its happens outside the stadium

That's and old bit, but I guess you need to break it out from time to time.

It literally happens every home game and does a great job of adding to the atmosphere around the stadium.

I wouldn't touch the Texas game. There are to many unknowns especially with 10 points out there. My gut tells me that Texas blows them out, but I wouldn't play the game in Vegas.

Not sure if serious or not. For the record i try to have fun and most if the Longhorns know its good banter. I habent figured you out other than you like to throw ďcultĒ around.

But to answer your question everything we do is tradition based and been the same since the inception of the school. We dont change tradition based on new ADís, coaches, Admin, etc.
