Default Boat slip plans

Anyone have a simple plan of a boat slip (lift)? Iím doing very simple with just a walkway and lift nothing else. Needing something to submit to Corps of Engineers so I can get this started

Well, I have always thought that big decks were better than small decks, but to each their own. Glen seems to favor just a small deck, but hey, if that works for him, who am I to argue?

It's not always about the size of the deck. But the slip you're trying to use

You don’t have to drive a corvette if you have a nice little deck

Glen, what water are you building the lift in to need Corp of engineers approval. In our canals we only need HOA approval.

Ingelside on the Bay. The Corps made the canals many years ago is what I learned

Yes, but there are many techniques and tricks to getting the boat satisfactorily into the slip with a small deck.

You appear to have some training on the matter?

Center console or tiller steer?

Not really, but I know there are experts who specialize in the erection of small decks and can also install a lift if needed.

Randy that is why is has to be engineered plans. The decking may be small but has to be able to handle the weight to lift a large vessel

Shoot me an email at Robert.baker0119@gmail.com and I can send you a set of plans. It's a boat slip with 3 foot walk way around it and metal roof.
