                  Probably depends on the subspecies but I think the Eastern Racer is normally 2 to 5 feet long but have been known to reach 6 feet or so. I ain't never seen one that long. 3 1/2 or 4 feet is probably the biggest I've seen.

                    We used to have 5 to 6 foot Racers at our Madisonville area property. Skinny enough to fit inside the brick weep holes of our house. I know the length because of the sheds left outside the weep holes.
