    Easy Crock Pot Lasagna

    Crock Pot Lasanga

    2 pounds of ground beef (or venison)
    2 jars of marinara sauce
    2 pounds of ricotta cheese
    4 cups of mozerlla
    1 egg
    1 package of uncooked lasagna noodles
    Italian seasoning

    Brown your hamburger meat (could be pre-cooked), drain and add sauce.
    Combine egg, ricotta, and mozerella. Season with Italian seasoning to taste and mix.

    Layer in pot in this order: meat sauce, pasta, cheese mix, meat sauce, pasta, cheese mix. You need to make sure your last layer is cheese and not pasta. The pasta is cooked when surrounded by the other layers. This also ensures a cheesy top layer.

    Cook on low for 3 hours. Don't overcook. Set your pot to warm after times up if possible.

      Mix red wine 1/4- 1/2 jar per jar of sauce. You won't regret the outcome.
